Hello! I am renting out my newly renovated studio apartment in the heart of Fredhäll for 2 years as I will be studying in another city. The apartment is on the 1st floor with about 5 minutes to Kristineberg subway station and bus 61 that stops right outside the door at the Fredhäll stop. The apartment is 36 sqm and has a completely newly renovated hall, living room/bedroom since 2025, and a new bathroom since 2015. The kitchen is fresh but not newly renovated. The apartment is rented out fully furnished (bed, sofa, dining table, chairs, mirror, hat rack, shoe rack, built-in wardrobes with hangers, storage under the bed and baskets above the wardrobes, as well as an equipped kitchen, cleaning tools, etc.). The rent includes electricity and wifi/tv. However, I do not have a TV but channels are available via the association if you want that. Renting out from September 1, 2025, to May/June 2027 with a mutual notice period of 3 months during this period. The area is very lovely with several cafes, restaurants and it is about 2 minutes to the Fredhäll cliffs for swimming in the summers, as well as being close to central Kungsholmen, Rålambshovsparken, and other green areas. Hemköp, Systembolaget, pharmacy, and gym are about a 10-minute walk away at Mariehäll, then there's Coop at Kristineberg station 5 minutes away, and a small convenience store just around the corner.
