We rent out a rental section on the ground floor of our villa. Private entrance. One room with a sofa (sofa bed 130cm), dining table, and fully equipped kitchen with full-size stove and oven, dishwasher, and washing machine (Note! The dryer in the photo is not available!). In the hallway, there is a sleeping alcove with a 90cm wide bed. The bathroom has been newly renovated. Wi-Fi, water, electricity, and heating are included. You are welcome to use our garden. Safe area. Very close to bus 144, which goes both to the commuter train in Älvsjö C and to the subway in Fruängen. Close to Långsjön with a bathing jetty.
