Hello! I am renting out my bright 2-room apartment with a balcony facing a green area in Örby (Älvsjö) from August / early September for a year. The apartment is about 56 sqm and is located at the top of a three-story building in a quiet and pleasant area. I will need access to the bedroom on certain weekends during the year when I come to Stockholm for work (about one weekend a month or less). During these weekends, we will share the accommodation. Otherwise, you will have access to the entire apartment. The apartment is excellent for sharing as there is a sliding door that separates the living room and hall. You could preferably have your bed in the spacious living room with sliding door. (See picture) There is good transport available, for example to Södermalm: 20 minutes by bus + metro or 25 minutes by bike. I am a calm 42-year-old guy with interests in art, music, nature. I want to see my home as a peaceful place where I can write, find inspiration, cook, and recharge after the day, so a pleasant environment at home is important. I am renting out the apartment due to studies in Gothenburg. Rent: 8500 + electricity. Opportunity to stay as a lodger when I move back after studies if all feels good for both parties.
