Then this collective is for you! We are now renting out a room in our fantastic villa - move in immediately and indefinitely. About the house: • Charm and comfort: The house is a lovely villa with a fireplace and modern water-based underfloor heating. There is a cozy fireplace where you can enjoy a warm fire on chilly days. It is newly renovated, fresh, and bathed in natural light. • Generous common areas: In addition to your own private room, you will have access to two large living rooms, two fully equipped kitchens, and two bathrooms with a sauna. There is plenty of space for both social moments and relaxation. • Practical and convenient: Plenty of parking spaces and a quiet location in a nice residential area close to nature. Walking distance to Huddinge station and only 16 minutes by commuter train to T-centralen. Who we are looking for: We would like the person moving in to be: • Social and friendly, with a genuine interest in living collectively. • Neat and responsible, so we can create a pleasant environment together. The best thing about our collective is the flexibility - the house is so spacious that you can choose to socialize with the rest of us when you want or enjoy peaceful private time in your room.
