I am renting out my apartment on Arholmagatan in Norrtälje from September 1st. 🌸 The apartment is a 2-room and kitchen of 43 sqm with a balcony and is rented out partially furnished according to agreement. A 180 bed, bedside tables, lamps, storage furniture, and kitchenware are available in the residence. The apartment is rented out one year at a time, with a mutual notice period of 3 months and possible extension. The tenant must be pet- and smoke-free and without payment defaults. Employment/study certificates need to be presented and the tenant must be approved by the housing association. The tenant must also take out their own home insurance.
