Area: - 2 min to the nearest bus stop and 8 min from there to Brunnsparken. - 5 min walk to Wieselgrensplatsen with a wide range of restaurants, shops, pharmacies, etc. - 10 min walk to Backaplan. The rent includes hot water, heating & electricity up to 300 SEK/month. NOTE.
