Walk-in closet with built-in wardrobes. Quiet area with good communications and facilities. Large courtyard with pool and barbecue area. Lidl is only a few hundred meters from the apartment, close to Kungens Kurva shopping, Fruängen Center with subway, several parks, and restaurants. Water (hot and cold), heating, electricity, internet, and TV channels are included in the rent. TV set is not included. Large bed (160 cm), one bedside table, sofa, coffee table, dining table, and chairs are included in the rent. Previously rented out and prepared for sale, but my previous tenants have bought their own place and are moving out earlier than planned, so I want to find a new tenant right now. Looking for nice and responsible tenants, a couple or single (no children). It's important to me that one takes care of the home as if it were one's own.
