I am renting out my lovely 2-room apartment of 38 sqm in central Uppsala for a year due to work in another location. The apartment is a new construction from 2019 in very good condition with all the amenities you need, including a washer/dryer in the apartment. The accommodation offers an open floor plan with spacious areas and a large balcony of about 9 sqm. In the courtyard, there are communal areas as well as an outdoor gym, and about a 5-minute walk away there are several light trails perfect for walking or running towards Uppsala högar. The rent includes all costs for electricity, water, and broadband. The accommodation is rented furnished. The apartment is perfectly located with three (3) Ica stores within 1.5 km, 1.8 km to the central station, and about 2 km to Ekonomikum. The bus stop is 150 m from the residence with several departures per hour. For those who want to bike, there is a newly built bike path from the residence into town. Access to the bicycle room in the association's garage is included, where a bike can be stored protected from weather throughout the year. Parking and storage are not included. I am looking for a serious tenant with orderly finances who rents for the entire period; short-term rental is excluded. A smoke-and pet-free environment is a requirement. The association must approve the tenant before the rental contract can be signed and occupancy can take place. One and a half (1.5) months deposit will be taken upon occupancy, this will be refunded at the end of the rental period provided that the apartment is returned in the condition it was rented out and all keys are returned. You as a tenant must take out your own home insurance during the rental period, this is a requirement.
