Aprikosgatan, Hässelby

We are going abroad, and therefore we are renting out a 2-room apartment of 57 sqm in Hässelby Strand. We will rent it out furnished for one year, from October 1st to September 30th. We have received permission from the housing association to do so. The apartment has a patio that is screened by lilac bushes around it. The kitchen is bright with space for a dining table. There is a microwave, dishwasher, stove, and fridge-freezer. The living room has a wall of windows as does the bedroom. In the bathroom, there is a washing machine and a bathtub. There is also a laundry room one floor up with many available times. The apartment is located in a park-like quiet area. Electricity, Wi-Fi, and TV are included in the rent. After about a 10-minute walk, you reach Maltesholmsbadet and Hässelby beach. There are fantastic walking paths along the shore of Mälaren. It takes about 30 minutes by subway to the City. The subway station is 5 minutes from the apartment, and there is also a grocery store, pharmacy, gym, and pizzeria there.
