As I am moving in with my partner, I am renting out this lovely studio apartment (31 sqm) with a great location in the modern and attractive Rosendal. This is a nature-close location in a quiet area within walking distance to Stadsparken, Kronparken, Ångström, and BMC, among others. At the same time, there are direct bus connections to almost all of Uppsala, including Boländerna, Gränby, City, and University campuses like Ekonomikum. Rosendal has a lively neighborhood life with shops, tennis and paddle courts, gym, restaurants, and services (Ica, Pharmacy, Systembolaget, and mailboxes are on the same street) right outside the building. The apartment is rented out furnished, where broadband and heating, electricity, and water charges are included in the rent. There is an additional consumption cost for hot water and electricity that you pay according to usage (~200kr/month). TV set is missing in the pictures, but will be provided if desired.
