Wish to rent out to a female tenant. Wish to rent out a room in my apartment which is located 3 minutes from the center and commuter trains/buses (10 minutes to central Stockholm). It is a 3-room apartment of 75 sqm and you will get to rent the large bedroom which is 16 sqm. We share the kitchen and bathroom. The room is equipped with a large wardrobe, bedside table and a 140 cm wide bed. The room is also newly painted in a light color. The pictures are therefore not taken now. What you need to know is that I have a cat, so you cannot be allergic to cats.
