Gammelgarn Skogby, Katthammarsvik

Our sanctuary to get back to nature and live the simple life - just next to Danbo nature reserve. It's a modern (2017) house that is comfortably furnished in a nordic style and includes under floor heating (new heat pump 2024), and a large patio with BBQ for the summer - and large SpringFree trampoline for children. Outside there is a large open garage and adjoining secure shed for bikes/storage. It is a truly special location, with our favourite secluded sandy beach (Danbo) just 10 mins walk down gravel track to reach from house. There are coastal paths right around the coast in Katthammarsvik. Rent includes internet, and excludes electricity, recycling etc. We're looking to rent long term as we have relocated from Stockholm to Paris.
