Room 1 is 7 m2, equipped with a wardrobe, desk, and a 90 cm continental bed. The room is available from September 1. In the floor plan, it is room 1 that the ad refers to. There is a one-month deposit and one month's notice period from the tenant, and three months' notice from our side. The rent includes garbage collection, heating, hot water, electricity, and internet (wifi). We require your own home insurance.
