We are two well-behaved retirees looking for a tenant to share our 4-bedroom apartment in Skärholmen. You will share the apartment with us when we are home and will have it to yourself when we are away. The room is 12 sqm and is rented out furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, desk, and storage. The rent includes kitchen, balcony, wifi, electricity, water. Access to a washing machine and dryer is available in a shared laundry room. We are looking for a calm and well-behaved person without pets; women will be given preference. We have references from our previous tenants. The rent is 4,000 kr/month when we are home and 6,000 kr/month when we are away. Move-in during June or from 1 August or later. Welcome!
