The apartment is 58m2, located at Birkagatan 4 n.b 621 45 Visby, near Östercentrum and about a 5-minute walk from Österport. Local bus stops on the same street. We would ideally like to rent to 1-2 people. Available for rent at the earliest possible date until about June 15, 2026. The apartment is fully furnished and includes: • An entrance hall with parquet flooring, coat rack, and shoe rack • A large living room with parquet blocks, a large sofa (with possibility for occasional overnight stays), TV, piano, guitar, and bookshelves; there is also an open fireplace, which unfortunately cannot be used. • A large bedroom with a double bed 180x200cm and new box springs, desk, bookshelf, bureau, and plenty of wardrobes. • A fully equipped lovely kitchen with a well-functioning older stove model, kitchen fan, retractable kitchen table for four/six people, and a newly installed dishwasher. Here you also have access to an air fryer, blender, juicer, and juice press, Sodastream, etc. • Functional bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink, Pax fan, and towel dryer. • Laundry room with a good Miele machine and drying room available in the basement of the neighboring house. The house has two apartments. The older couple who are our neighbors and live upstairs would prefer – as do we – responsible tenants.
