In our newest addition of first-class student accommodation, there are 13 student rooms and a separate apartment (with one or two rooms depending on preference) with a kitchen and private bathroom in a completely renovated villa in Brickeberg. It is a 2-minute bike ride to Örebro University, and literally a stone's throw away lies the entire KFUM facility with running tracks and fresh training equipment. You will live in your own fresh room with access to four bathrooms, four showers, and four toilets. You will share a large and spacious kitchen with your fellow students. You will be assigned a private cabinet in the kitchen and your own shelves in the fridges and freezer. There is a laundry room in the house, which is available by appointment. There is a private bicycle parking in connection with the accommodation. A large beautiful garden with privacy towards the forest, with currant bushes, gooseberries, plums, and apples is available jointly. Rooms vary in size and have windows and / or a patio facing different directions. All rooms are equipped with a comfortable bed (90 cm in the slightly smaller rooms and up to 120 cm in the larger ones), a desk, a bookshelf, a wardrobe, a kettle, and a microwave. If you prefer your own furniture, we will take care of the existing furniture for you before you move in. As usual, Studentvilla rents out to responsible and ambitious students who have come to study, with studies taking priority. Party enthusiasts need not apply. In return, as mentioned, we offer you one of the best accommodations Örebro can offer. You have a sound financial situation and no payment defaults - We always conduct a credit check on our tenants. You are responsible and can, upon request, provide good references from previous employers / landlords and / or study results. The rent also includes cleaning of common areas, internet connection, heating, hot and cold water, electricity, waste collection, and more. The rent starts from 3500 SEK per room per month and the first-come-first-served principle is applied AFTER you have been offered a residence with us. We thus always apply an individual suitability assessment of all applications. Write briefly about why you wish to live with us and how long you intend to rent the accommodation. We will contact all applicants by email and/or phone. Continuous move-in depending on availability and room. Rent is charged one month in advance and a customary three-month notice period applies.
