The apartment is located on the 3rd floor in an older building. The rental part/room has its own entrance (no elevator), small hall, and toilet. Wardrobe and storage space are available. Electricity and Internet are included. The room is furnished. You share the kitchen and bathroom with us but have your own fridge and food storage. We are two people plus a dog living in the apartment, which is about 110 square meters. We want to rent out the room at least until June 2026 with the possibility of extension.
