I am renting out my cozy apartment as I live with my partner. The apartment is located on the beautiful south side in Växjö. It is just a stone's throw from both the central station/city center and the hospital. Within a 3-minute walk, you are right at the central station. The apartment is on the 3rd floor. I rent out the apartment partially furnished following an agreement with the tenant. The rent is 8000 SEK/month and includes: Water, heating, internet (fiber), TV channels, furniture. You pay for your own electricity consumption and home insurance. There might be a parking space available to rent in a carport for 400 SEK/month. The apartment is rented out for 6 months at a time, with a good chance of extension. The tenant must be approved by the housing cooperative. 2 references are needed.
