Then take the opportunity to rent my cozy apartment in Enskededalen for a year, starting from November 8, 2025 with the possibility of extension! It is a 1.5-room apartment with an area of 37.5 sqm, featuring a sleeping alcove, spacious hallway, nice kitchen, and bathroom. The rent includes internet, hot water, and electricity. The housing association has a laundry room in the courtyard where you can easily book laundry time. The apartment is close to Sandsborg metro station and within minutes you're in lovely Södermalm. Within walking distance are the beautiful Gamla Enskede, Hammarbybacken, Skogskyrkogården, and Nytorpsgärdet. I'm renting out the apartment for cohabitation testing, as my boyfriend lives in another city and we want to try living together for a year. The apartment is rented furnished, but it can also be rented partially furnished if you prefer to have your own furniture. Pets allowed! The housing association just needs to approve your application, then you can move in :)
