Large 2nd floor apartment with a south-facing balcony (sun almost all day). Newly renovated at moving in 2019 (floors, ceiling, and walls in all rooms except the bathroom). Good connections with a 7-minute walk to the Subway (Telefonplan), also bus to Älvsjö in about 10 minutes. Bus to Kungens Kurva / IKEA in 8 minutes on weekdays. 3-minute walk to Västberga Handel which has a big COOP, Systembolaget, Rusta, Jysk, and Normal, as well as a gym (STC). Internet is included in the rent. I will be studying and living with my wife in Japan, which is the reason why I'm renting out. I have had a fantastic experience during the years I've lived here. I have previously rented out for a year and a reference from the previous tenant could probably be arranged.
