Pets have previously been in the house. Conditions: ✅ Responsible, well-behaved, non-animal and non-smoking/drug-free person. References required. ✅ Stable economy without payment remarks (reserves the right to take a credit report). ✅ Only for one person. ✅ Limited rental period from September – May. ✅ Rent is paid in advance plus one month's deposit.
