Hello, My current roommate is moving out and therefore a furnished room will be available in my apartment. So I am looking for a new wonderful, calm, and well-behaved person who cares about the household and is orderly at home. The apartment is 75 sqm divided into 3 rooms and kitchen with a balcony and is located in the center (west). There is a bus stop right outside the door and a 5-minute walking distance to the train station.
