Due to studies in another location, I am renting out my nice condominium, which is a 2-bedroom apartment of 35 square meters. The apartment is a stone's throw from the commuter train station in cozy Vega. It takes about 20 minutes by commuter train to the city. The area is safe and close to several grocery stores and gyms. The apartment is rented out partially furnished, with only a coffee table, TV, and kitchen utensils missing. There is a washer-dryer combo and a dishwasher in the apartment, and a 180 cm bed and a large wardrobe in the bedroom. The balcony has sun from morning until mid-afternoon, making it perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee! There is also a rooftop terrace that everyone in the house can use with several seating areas where you can enjoy the sun all day! The rent is 12,000 SEK per month plus electricity billed every three months. Move-in can take place on September 1st and the contract is signed for one year ahead but with very good chances of extension up to 3 years as my studies conclude. I am looking for a tenant who is non-smoking and has no pets. Home insurance is to be signed by the tenant.
