Charming upstairs in the countryside – close to sea, spa & climbing. The residence is on the upper floor of a villa. You have your own entrance and patio and lawn facing south/southwest. The residence has an open plan solution with kitchen, living room, and dining area in one room and, in addition, there are three separate bedrooms. The apartment has been renovated with sustainability and building preservation in focus. Most things are included in the rent: heating, electricity, and garbage collection. You also get access to a garage space in a cold garage. We are a family renting out and we live on the ground floor and have two friendly cats and chickens.
