Unfortunately, my tenants are moving from Stockholm, and I am therefore looking for a new tenant. Renting out a very nice apartment in my house/villa. The apartment is about 45 m2, has its own entrance with a veranda, and is fully furnished and equipped, including a washing machine. Close to nature, swimming, sports and Barkarby shopping center. Very close to the bus stop including night bus and about a 15-minute walk to Barkarby commuter train station, from where it takes 15-20 minutes into the city. The rent includes electricity, water, heating, and Internet.
