Lodger wanted. I am renting out a room in my 3-room apartment of 80 sqm. The apartment is very nicely located with proximity to both the subway, bus, as well as Ica and green areas. It takes about 10 minutes by subway to the city. The apartment has an open floor plan. Balcony with exit from the living room. Bathtub in the bathroom as well as a washing machine and dryer. Dishwasher in the kitchen. The building has both a large laundry room and a shared rooftop terrace. Rent includes heating, electricity, water, and broadband. I, who live in the apartment, live alone every other week, and every other week my 9-year-old daughter lives with me. We are usually at my partner's on the weekends, plus the weeks my daughter does not live with me, I am at my partner's. We also have two ragdolls that come with me to the apartment when I am there, so not good if you are allergic. We like to have it nice and tidy around us. You get your own room but share common areas with us. The room being rented out is the room in the picture with a loft bed. It has been removed from the room, and the room is newly wallpapered and freshly painted.
