The attic apartment features two rooms, a kitchen with a dining area, and a small bathroom with a shower and a washing machine in 60 square meters. It is rented out unfurnished. (In the pictures, you can see how the previous tenant furnished it) The attic apartment is accessed via a shared staircase. The house is located along the river Faxån in central Nälden, near a grocery store, hairdresser, library, train, and bus connections. The rent is 7000 SEK per month. The rent includes heating, water & garbage fee, electricity, and a parking space in the yard with access to an engine heater socket. As a tenant, you also have access to our dock. We who live here are a family with three children, 2 cats, and 2 rabbits and are looking for a tenant who is responsible, employed/studying with a stable economy. We are primarily looking for tenants who want to rent for a longer period. We will conduct a background check and sign a contract with the tenant.
