Hello! I am renting out my apartment, which is a studio of 26 square meters. Move-in is on 31/8 or according to agreement. The apartment is located by the green area Järvafältet with walking distance to Kista Galleria, a 7-minute walk. The apartment has a large balcony and sunlight all day. It is rented out partially furnished or according to agreement. The rent is 10,350 and includes everything except electricity/internet. It is rented out for at least one year, preferably longer. I have received approval from the association to rent it out, so you who rent can have your address for mail there. The bus goes right outside the entrance. It takes 25 minutes from the apartment to the central station. You walk to Kista Galleria in 7 minutes. Requirements - employer's certificate & 1.5 months' deposit.
