Cottage (not winterized) for rent season 2026 for 6500 SEK per month (excluding electricity) and earliest from May 1, 2026. Old agricultural property of 3.4 hectares of which 3400 m2 is yard area (robot lawn mower available). Located alone at the end of the road 14 miles south of Stockholm. I: -am raised near the cottage and have owned it since 2013 -am honest, transparent and conscientious -will have access to a smaller separate house during the rental period -will contribute with some maintenance work during the rental period -own myself and hope the teenagers will want to take over one day -am dedicating 2025 -2026 to improvement work and renovation -live and work as a veterinarian in the Stockholm area - am building a home outside Stockholm with a partner who thinks the cottage has too little of the sea around it I think that you: -have the time to be at the cottage -have previous cottage experience or are eager to try cottage life and see if it's as lovely as it seems -like mammals, reptiles, birds, insects and the power of vegetation -are amazed by the small miracles of life and like solitude -enjoy your own company or with others -are careful and respectful with living and non-living things -are communicative, honest, responsible and solution-oriented -like to have a coffee or a drink with your landlord once a year Write and tell me about yourself and why you are interested in renting my secluded beautiful cottage for the whole year.
