The house has a loft with sloped ceilings, so the total living/floor area is approximately 90-100 sqm. There are 2 large bedrooms and a smaller one with a built-in bunk bed. A small living room downstairs with a fireplace in an open plan layout with dining area and kitchen. The house has an air source heat pump/AC and a new large fireplace insert, as well as underfloor heating in the hallway and bathroom. Cold rent 11,000 SEK/month. For us, with 4 people in the household, the electricity cost has been 1,000 SEK at the lowest (July) and 6,000 SEK at the highest (January) per month. Waste + water/sewer about 1,500 SEK/month. Please note the house is up for sale but is rented on a monthly basis with a 3-month notice period.
