Hello! We are moving abroad due to work and are therefore renting out our apartment fully furnished for at least one year. The apartment has a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and hallway, as well as a space that has been used as a bedroom but can also be used for other purposes. Amenities: - The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, and microwave - Washing machine and drying rack are available in the apartment, and a laundry room and drying room are available in the building's basement - TV - Balcony - Indoor bicycle parking and bicycle storage in the basement - Heater - Electricity and hot water are included in the rent - Several bus stops within walking distance Location: - Nearest grocery store (Ica and Hemköp) 2-5 minutes' walking distance - Lund city center 5-10 minutes' walking distance (about 3 minutes by bus) - Lund central station about 15 minutes' walking distance (about 4 minutes by bus) - Lund University within walking distance (exact time depends on which university building) The apartment is excellent for 1-3 students, but also for couples and families with children. Most of the furniture can be childproofed, and if desired, a crib and changing table can be included in the furnishings.
