Hello! On St Göransgatan, opposite the hospital, we rent out 1 1/2 rooms with private shower and toilet. The kitchen is shared with us who live here. Suitable for someone who likes to share a kitchen and spend some social time together. Besides the kitchen, the laundry room, garden, and our small creative workshop with a ping-pong table in the basement are shared. Age or gender doesn't matter, the most important thing is that we enjoy each other's company. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to allergies. (The room is not available during the summer (6/15-8/15)) We are a family of 3 - a small but hearty family. We have lived abroad for many years, specifically in Indonesia, where we worked with a surf school, an eco-farm, and a surfboard manufacturing factory. Since 2020, we have been permanently settled in Gotland, where Jenny is also from. We like things that make life fun and exciting, such as music, travel, discussions about life, and thinking outside the box. Good food is also important. Calle is a former pilot, now a firefighter who loves wave surfing, crazy projects, and also skateboarding. Jenny now works at Solkristallen and has a background in hotels and has also worked as a chef. Her biggest interests are life's big exciting questions, anything creative, and nature. This includes: -1 1/2 rooms totaling about 25 sqm in a magnificent house with high ceilings in the best location in Visby. Can be rented furnished or unfurnished -Own toilet with shower -Own entrance - we share the stairwell -Own refrigerator in the room -Share in the kitchen - there are 2 kitchens, so it won't be cramped -Shared washing machine in the basement -Heat, water, and internet included. - The room is not available over the summer (June 15th to August 15th), can also be rented as short-term accommodation - contact us for pricing.
