The apartment consists of a welcoming hallway with storage options. Bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine. Large living room with a sleeping alcove and a larger kitchen corner with all necessary appliances such as a stove, oven, fridge/freezer (half fridge and the other half freezer), fan (natural ventilation), and microwave. The apartment comes furnished with a sofa, bed, coffee table, bar table including 2 bar stools, TV stand, and dresser in the hallway. There is plenty of storage space under the bed and in the hallway. The rent includes: - Internet and TV (you must provide your own TV) Additional costs: - Electricity (I add this to the rent monthly as the housing association invoices me for actual consumption monthly). The normal monthly cost for electricity is between 120-160 SEK/month - Home insurance (you purchase this yourself for your personal belongings) It is about 50 m to the bus stop which easily takes you to Mitt University, Sundsvall center, and Sundvall central. Since our daughter has finished her studies and moved back to Stockholm, we have also put the apartment up for sale. Our real estate agent must have access to the apartment as needed for viewings (we can discuss this more if you wish to rent). The housing association is connected to the HSB and the tenant must be approved before a rental agreement can be established. The rental period is in half-year increments and can be extended as early as one month before the end of the rental period. If the apartment is sold during the rental period, there is according to law a 3-month notice period from the landlord's side, or if the contract period ends earlier, that is what applies.
