The apartment is in the heart of the village, i.e., at the end of the elementary school's building on the 2nd floor, which was formerly the teacher's residence. As a two-room apartment, 2h+k is a spacious 65m2, making it suitable even for a small family. The apartment is peaceful because there is only a small daycare downstairs in the same building. The village services are nearby; daycare, elementary school, shop, gas station, etc. Nearby are nature, forest, and lake. In the yard, there are exercise equipment and swings provided by the school. Our village offers "easy" living, tranquility, nature, community, and a variety of recreational opportunities. On school days, there are good bus connections to Jämsä, and at other times a couple of times a day. There is a shopping transport possibility to Keuruu once a week. The landlord is the city of Jämsä, where the rental applicant can fill out a housing application on their website. The rental deposit is two months. Pets must be agreed upon separately.
