We have a really nice apartment that we want to rent out. It has two bedrooms upstairs. One with a double bed and a slightly smaller one with a single bed and a desk. There are also large closets and storage spaces up here. On the ground floor, there is a large combined living room and kitchen. Luxurious kitchen with all conceivable equipment. Dishwasher, steam oven, microwave oven, built-in coffee machine, induction hob, and full-sized fridge and freezer. In the living room, there is a fireplace and a 75-inch TV. There is also an exit to a private patio. The bathroom has a shower and both a washing machine and a dryer. We have possibly two parking spaces that can be included. We have set the rent to 9,970:- / month. It basically includes everything: heating, air conditioning, hot water, electricity, wood, fiber internet WiFi, and TV channels with movies and sports. If you have an electric car, you have to cover that cost yourself. The apartment is available relatively immediately and until the end of the year, with possible extension. We live about 10 km from the center with good bus connections. For example, about 25 minutes to the Ångström laboratory. There is also a separate cycle path into town.
