Nice one-bedroom apartment in Bagarmossen. Fully equipped kitchen with new flooring (linoleum tiles, not as in the picture), living room with newly sanded parquet and bedroom facing a quiet courtyard with plenty of pine trees. New sink and toilet in the bathroom (will also post updated pictures here). Very nice association with lots of community initiatives. Located between the subway and the Nacka reserve. I am moving abroad for PhD studies, so I prefer to rent out long-term, but starting with one year. There is some flexibility with the move-in date. The rent includes internet, electricity, and water. The furnishings can also be discussed. I would primarily like to rent it out partially furnished (bed, sofa, dining table, chairs, bookshelf) but this can be discussed.
