Renting out due to studies in another location. Primarily renting out furnished but can be discussed. The house is airy, has wonderful light, and is divided into two floors. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a wood-fired (and electric) stove, an office with a cast-iron stove that heats nicely in the winter, a living room with a large dining table, as well as a hall and a bathroom. On the upper floor, there are two spacious bedrooms and a small toilet. In the basement, there is a small workshop with a lathe and workbenches among other things. The house has a large garden and is a stone's throw from the forest. Looking for the right person(s) for the house, someone with an interest in gardening, handicrafts, building restoration, or similar, I think would enjoy living here. The house is not a "modern" house in the sense of new plastic windows or quick solutions that do not last over time. Rather, it is an ongoing project to partly restore it to what it once was, but above all to take care of what already exists. Walking distance to train station, bakery, lake, grocery store, pharmacy, health center, etc. The rent includes water and sewage, waste collection, internet. Electricity is not included.
