Värnstigen, Segeltorp

Hello My name is Cesar. I have a room to rent out in my apartment, a 3-bedroom close to public transport, bus and the red metro line, about 30 minutes to central Stockholm. The apartment is in Segeltorp, in a quiet residential area with nice green spaces. Starting from the first of September (possibly earlier by agreement), I will rent out a furnished room (as per the picture) indefinitely. About myself, a 39-year-old man working at a health center during the day, and engage in exercise or other activities after work, I do not smoke or consume alcohol. I have two little girls, 5 and 6 years old, who stay with me 3 days a week. We will be moving to another municipality and live there on weekdays every other week. About the new tenant, I wish to rent to a calm and pleasant female person who does not smoke at all.
