Hello, I am a 32-year-old woman looking for a tenant for my apartment in Kortedala due to cohabitation trial. The apartment has: - Balcony with outdoor furniture - A small storage room on the ground floor (holds some boxes/small items) - Access to an attic storage (shared with me – I will keep some things there during the rental period) Furniture included: 140 cm bed 2-seater sofa Coffee table Large dresser Bedside table Kitchen table with chairs Balcony furniture Electricity, hot water, and broadband are not included in the rent, so operating costs are additional: - Electricity: about 260 SEK/month (according to current agreement) - Hot water: charged separately after individual metering, about 40–100 SEK/month depending on consumption - Broadband and TV: Fiber is available via open network, but subscriptions for both broadband and TV are paid by the tenant I am looking for someone who wants to move in immediately.
