We are renting out a furnished room in the beautiful area of Lärkstaden, within a short distance to the Royal Institute of Technology (subway, buses, etc.) and Östermalm. Despite being in the middle of the city, it is quiet and undisturbed. The room is on the 4th floor, 11 sqm (7,000 SEK/month). The WC and shower are in the room (the area is not included in the 11 sqm). You share the kitchen, dining room, and laundry room with other students. The kitchen, dining room, and laundry room are on the ground floor. Electricity, water, heating, and internet are included in the rent.
