Renting out my charming little studio apartment as I am going on a long sailing trip and the apartment will be left empty. The duration of the rental is from september 1st until end of December with possibility to extend or take over the first hand contract. Situated in an old villa in Storängen which doubles as a bed and breakfast. About a 6 minute walk from Ica, Willys, and nacka forum, it's about 100 meters from the bus that takes you directly to Slussen. The apartment is located in the main house but has its own entrance, and a tvättrum is located around the corner in the basement of the main house. There's a small bathroom, a 140 size bed, and a kitchenette with a full stove/oven. Included in the rent are all utilities, including heating, wifi, and water. Photos taken just before Christmas, will update the ad with more recent/daytime photos when I have the chance. Half a month deposit is required and a letter of recommendation from a previous landlord or coworker who can vouch for you. Dogs are also welcome!
