I am now renting out my nice 42 sqm apartment in Barkarbystaden. Everything is available within walking distance. There are plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and gyms in the area. The apartment is located on the 7th floor and has a ceiling height of three meters. This makes it feel airy and spacious. The balcony faces the street, which provides a partially nice view over the rooftops. There is a basement storage, a bicycle room, and a recycling room. Household waste is thrown in the chute in the courtyard. The apartment is equipped with a combo washing machine, so there is no laundry room. The apartment does not have a dishwasher, and I have no plans to install one for your information. My landlord accepts rental periods of one year at a time, so the subtenant should be prepared to live there for at least 1 year. There may be an opportunity for extension. The rent includes normal electricity and water consumption. The subtenant needs to take out their own home insurance and broadband (if they want wifi). The furniture that will remain in the apartment are a sofa, dining table and chairs, bed (160 cm), and TV stand.
