The house is currently rented out for a period. Hello out there, I'm thinking of renting out my house. It is about 150 sqm, 1 bathroom, 3 bedrooms, large living room with an angle, pool, sauna, large deck with space for outdoor furniture, table, sun loungers, lounge area under pavilion, open fireplace/stove, air heat pump, underfloor heating built in 2000. Located near Skönadal's school with both kindergarten and school grades 1-6. Close to forest and bathing lakes and also lots of horse riding paths, riding house. 5 minutes to the sea by car. If you like golf, 6 minutes to one of Sweden's finest golf courses. If you're looking for accommodation between Malmö, Lund, and Helsingborg, it's about 30 minutes to Malmö and Helsingborg and 20 minutes to Lund. Good bus connections and bus stop 5 minutes from the door. Bakery is the nearest shop. Preferably, the rental is for a longer period as I myself will be working and moving to another place indefinitely. No payment remarks and good finances, a deposit will be requested upon rental. Everything will be checked beforehand. The residence is in Ålstorp/Hofterup. Note: the garage is not included in the rental object as I use it for storage, but there is storage available for the tenant.
