Enjoy a newly built, architect-designed house with a ceiling height of 330 cm, plenty of light and sky from different directions. Park the car conveniently in your own parking space, right next to the house. The folding door blurs the boundary between outside and inside. The terrace, pergola, lilac, and maple become an extended part of the living room, whether the door is closed or wide open. With about a 10-minute walk, you can reach various swimming bays, cliffs, and swimming ladders for saltwater baths, as well as forest trails and cycle paths for walks and jogging. The bathroom has a shower and a combined washer and dryer. With a ten-minute walk, you reach the nearest bus stop and the X2 line. The nearby stop is Snipen, and from there it's a 20-25 minute bus ride to Gothenburg with X3. The kitchen has a new dishwasher, induction hob, oven, fan, and fridge and freezer as well as plenty of storage with double rows of overhead cabinets. Besides the bedroom with a 160 cm wide bed and the loft bed of 160 cm, there is the possibility of overnight accommodation in the living room's sofa bed. Guests also have access to the patio on the terrace and a small lawn in the private garden. Own parking space for a car on the plot, directly adjacent to the accommodation. There is the possibility to charge an electric car at the owners' house on the other side of the plot. Cycle paths with pleasant excursion destinations nearby, three nice restaurants; Hovås Kallbadhus (20 min), Pir i Kullavik (15 min), Blomstermåla in Särö (30 min). The owners live in a house next door, on a level one floor up, without direct oversight towards this accommodation. The rent includes wifi, internet, TV channels, and streaming services. Heating is provided by an air pump/AC, and on cold winter days, if needed, an additional heater in the bedroom. Electricity consumption is recorded and added to the rent. The plan is to use this guest house for ourselves during the summer, but until June 15 or 30, 2026, we are happy to rent it to you who are well-behaved and will take care of the accommodation.
