Renting out my cottage indefinitely due to studies/work. I have lived here permanently for a year and a half. A calm and lovely place. The genuine experience of the Skåne countryside. Barely three miles to the sea. Fully furnished including a large TV. Newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. Large nice plot. I am flexible with most things and believe that good solutions can be found for matters with open communication. The house as a whole is 76 m2, I have some stuff that I cannot store elsewhere so the available space will be about 70 m2. Alternatively, the items can be placed in a corner in the conservatory if the tenant prefers. Note that the pictures are from the summer when the items were in the largest room, therefore no photos of that room at present.
