Sofa bed available for extra guests which is convenient to just open up. Solåsen shopping 1 km Ica MAXI 2 km. Jönköping University 3.5km! Electricity, heating, water and internet are included in the rent! Brand new furniture, bed and TV etc... It is possible to move in immediately or by agreement. Rented only to pet-and smoke-free persons. No parties are allowed in the accommodation. Rent: 11,000 SEK/month, minimum rental period is 6 months. We will require a deposit of 1 month's rent upon signing the contract, which will be refunded if everything is in good condition at the time of moving out.
