We rent out our lovely cottage in Norra Mellbystrand for about 6 months. We rent it out fully furnished. The cottage has an open floor plan in the kitchen and living room with high ceilings and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and one with a 120 cm bed. The rent includes garbage collection and water as well as small house insurance. Electricity consumption and heating are extra. The house is heated by an air source heat pump as well as radiators in the bedroom and bathroom. There is also an open fireplace in the living room that provides extra warmth and is a cozy factor in autumn and winter. Wood must be arranged by yourself. There is a bus connection nearby from Birger Pers väg to Laholm C and Båstad. Own home insurance for personal property.
