Hello, I am renting out a room in the opposite side of the 76 m2 apartment. I am working full-time, love to play badminton, go to the gym, cook, watch movies, have friends over occasionally and love listening to music. The apartment is quite big for just one person, so, it would be nice to share the common spaces. Thus, I want to rent out the spare bedroom and we share the electricity cost.
