I am renting out my beloved 18.4 sqm studio apartment on Kungsholmen for one year. My partner lives on Gotland, and we are moving in together in September. So my apartment will be available for rent from September 1st. I am renting it out furnished (basic kitchenware is included if necessary). The rent includes heating, water, electricity, internet, and TV. I can't take credit for the incredible layout myself - the guy I bought the apartment from is an engineer - and has renovated the space really smartly. A high 120 cm wide bed with storage under the bed. Spacious wardrobes in the hallway, which also house the centrifugal vacuum cleaner. The apartment has a large window overlooking Lake Mälaren and Stockholm. No visibility in, but an incredible view ;) Living room: Sofa, dining table with two chairs, 120-bed, TV, shelves near the ceiling for e.g., books, and a clothes rack. Kitchen: Fridge, freezer, induction hob (4 burners), oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Custom built-in kitchen area with good storage in cabinets and drawers, as well as good work surfaces. Bathroom: Fully tiled bathroom with overhead shower (changed in 2023), WC, washbasin, and bathroom cabinet with double mirrors. Tiled floor with underfloor heating. Dimmable spotlights in the ceiling. Location: Close to both the city's green areas and the city center - parks and swimming areas nearby - Smedsuddsbadet and Rålis. About a 5-minute walk to the bus stop "Västerbroplan" where, among others, bus 1 and 4 go. About a 10-minute walk to the Thorildsplan subway (green line) and a 15-minute walk to Fridhemsplan (green and blue lines). Requirements: -Kind person/people who treat my nice neighbors with respect. -Only long-term rental of at least 12 months (no shorter rentals) -You need to be approved by my housing association before a contract on Blocket x Qasa can be written.
