The apartment offers a large living room and bedroom with large windows and a considerable ceiling height. It is suitable for 2 adults (+1 child). The furniture will remain in the apartment, while plants and other decorations visible in the photos will be removed. The apartment was renovated in 2019-2020 with a new, lavish kitchen, newly painted walls, and herringbone parquet flooring in the kitchen and living room. The bedroom and balcony face a quiet inner courtyard, where there are outdoor furniture and a barbecue area for the association's members. It is a central and popular area with bakeries, cafés, and restaurants around the corner, and also close to water and green parks such as Vasaparken, Hagaparken, and Karlbergslott's park. It is near public transport and communication, with both commuter trains, metro (Sankt Eriksplan and Odenplan), and buses. Despite the central location with proximity to most amenities, the apartment is located on a quiet street. Rent includes electricity, gas, internet, heating, and water. The apartment is rented out fully furnished. We prefer to rent to private individuals with a good financial situation and no payment remarks. The apartment is available from December 20, 2025, and onward (as per agreement, but at least 1 year). We will take a 1-month deposit for a 1-year rental (credit check required).
